Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer with deep expertise in ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping. In this role, you will design, configure, and maintain Service Now solutions that enhance IT service delivery, improve data governance, and enable effective service mapping across the enterprise. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to implement scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-safe Service Now solutions.
What will your role look like:
- Develop and configure Service Now solutions focusing on ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping
- Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, and Service Portal components as required
- Implement and maintain Service Mapping to provide accurate dependency and service data for the CMDB
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
