Job Summary

TCS Mexico is looking for a highly capable Service Now Developer/Admin to manage, enhance, and extend the Service Now platform to meet evolving business needs. This role involves both development and administrative responsibilities, ensuring efficient ITSM processes, platform stability, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Administer core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog. Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third‑party systems. Maintain user roles, groups, and access controls (ACLs). Perform upgrades, patches, and general platform maintenance.
