Role Overview
We are seeking a Mid-level ServiceNow Developer to execute module configuration, Service Catalog build and workflow implementation under architectural direction. The role works alongside the Lead Developer to deliver core ITSM, CMDB and ITAM configuration across both programme phases.

Rate Band: Mid
Engagement Type: Fixed-term programme delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Execute configuration of ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management.
- Build Service Catalog items and associated fulfilment workflows to defined specifications.
- Configure CMDB class extensions, attributes and relationship mappings under architectural guidance.
