Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management engineering team. The role focuses on developing and configuring ITSM, GRC/IRM, and SecOps streams, designing integrations, automating workflows, and ensuring high performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Custom Application Development & Configuration: architect and develop complex, scalable applications and extensions for Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Audit, Risk Assessment, and Threat Response workflows.
• System Integrations: design and implement secure, reliable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (SIEM, IAM, ERP, cloud platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and event‑based messaging.
