Zaelab is seeking a ServiceNow Configuration Engineer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. This role will focus on configuring and supporting ServiceNow solutions that enable order management, order orchestration, fulfillment, and customer-facing business processes.
Because our work sits at the intersection of ServiceNow and complex commerce ecosystems, we are particularly interested in candidates with experience in ServiceNow Order Management (OM), Sales and Order Management (SOM), Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or other order-management-adjacent ServiceNow products.
