The mission of this role is to rebuild the CMDB from the ground up by defining a solid data model, governance, and structure, and establishing accurate, maintainable service maps that support incident management, change impact analysis, and overall operational effectiveness.
The role also supports the development and maintenance of foundational CMDB governance documentation.
