Position: ServiceNow CMDB Developer (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain ServiceNow CMDB data models and CI classes to support accurate configuration and relationship data across the estate.
- Deploy, configure and operate ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers and Service Mapping to automate CI population and topology mapping.
- Build IntegrationHub flows and REST/SOAP integrations to ingest, reconcile and synchronise external source-of-truth data with the CMDB.
