Servicenow Cmdb-Csdm Analyst

For our international customer in Valencia, we are looking for a hybrid ServiceNow CMDB-CSDM Analyst.

EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be based in Valencia or willing to relocate to Valencia. Candidates need to be flexible to work across time zones, including alignment with US Eastern Time where required.

Work permit is not provided. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Implementing and enforcing CSDM standards for Business Applications, Application Services, and Technical Services;

• Using CMDB Health Dashboards to detect and remediate duplicate, orphaned, or stale CIs;
  
  
• DefiningCI classes, attributes, naming conventions, and relationships, as well as managing the lifecycle of data;
