ServiceNow CMDB Architect (Shifting Schedule)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s CMDB environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB configuration, CSDM, governance, integrations, and data quality management, along with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and manage the ServiceNow CMDB data model aligned with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards
• Define CMDB governance, standards, and best practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
