Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Risk Assessment & Crisis Management, and IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR).

Integration Skills :

- REST & SOAP APIs

Tools & Methodology :

- Agile / Scrum

Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow BCM solutions.

- Implement BCP, BIA, ITDR, and continuity workflows.

- Develop automation and integrations.

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Participate in Agile sprints and testing (Unit/UAT).

- Provide L2/L3 production support.

- Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior developers.
