ServiceNow Architect & Solution Design (España)

Responsibilities

• Lead Architect & Solution technical engagements for ServiceNow IT (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM) and Risk & Security solutions (IRM/GRC, Third‑Party Risk, Security Operations, BCM).
• Analyze customer requirements, challenges, and current tool landscape to design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Define solution architectures, functional designs, and high‑level implementation approaches.
• Act as the SPOC for local clients around the main projects implementing ServiceNow Customer Engagement & Value Positioning.
• Act as a trusted advisor during sales cycles, workshops, RFPs, and executive presentations. Clearly articulate the business value, differentiators, and ROI of ServiceNow versus competing platforms, positioning ServiceNow as a strategic enterprise platform, not just a product.
