Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Strategy & Architecture:
o Define and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
o Translate business goals into technical solutions and roadmaps.
o Ensure alignment with ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box capabilities and innovation pipeline.
• Governance & Best Practices:
o Establish and manage platform governance frameworks.
o Promote adherence to ServiceNow best practices to ensure platform health and performance.
o Reduce technical debt and ensure long-term sustainability.
• Customer Engagement:
o Act as a trusted advisor to platform owners, and enterprise architects.
