Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to be focused in Field Service Management (FSM). Helping to create the roadmap and FSM solutions for key clients across Canada.
Salary: $150-200k depending on experience + Advantages & Bonus
Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with clients, leadership and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
- Utilize your knowledge & work projects focused on FSM, while also working broadly across the board
- Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders
- Work on FSM implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
- Lead the development team & be hands-on technically as needed, working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements
