ServiceNow AppEngine Developer

Core Responsibilities

• Configure and develop applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Develop and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Participate in testing, debugging, deployment, and technical documentation.
• Provide user support and resolve application issues.

Required Skills

• Strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and application development concepts.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred; CSA is an added advantage.
