Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ServiceNow Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, continuous improvement of ServiceNow capabilities, and ensuring platform stability and compliance. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for platform governance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Administration: Contribute to the daily administration, configuration, and maintenance of Stantec’s ServiceNow environment.
- Customization and Configuration : Implement custom scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
