Job Overview
We are looking for a Service Writer to join our Service team in Vernon, BC. This position will be based out of our Vernon Head Office, BC branch, providing service support for Vernon, BC; Winnipeg, MB; and the Metso division across Western Canada.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Assist Service Departments with customer service needs, opening and closing work orders, and providing administrative support, including clocking time, warranty, operational flow and billing.
- Support external and internal customers with exceptional solutions, aligning with our 'Service First' slogan, ensuring customers’ livelihoods depend on the service received.
