Service to Sales Team Member – Full‑time, Sales Department, OpenRoad Subaru Boundary dealership.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the dealership’s goal of appraising vehicles and communicating ownership options to 90% of service clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by determining client vehicle needs through active listening and questioning.
• Demonstrate the value of existing vehicles and the benefits of upgrading to newer models.
• Facilitate purchase paperwork based on approved appraisal values from CVA and confirmed by the sales manager on duty.
• Pass off clients interested in upgrades to the sales team for a seamless handoff.
• Maintain knowledge of product terminology, technological changes, and all vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
• Participate in all available product training.
