Overview
As a servicetekniker in the after‑sales department, you will work in the workshop with two other technicians. Your main responsibility will be to provide service on electrical or battery‑driven tools within the DeWalt product segment. This includes handling service inquiries, performing warranty assessments, providing cost estimates, and carrying out repairs and maintenance. The majority of customers are DeWalt retailers in the Norwegian market, the largest building supply chains. Internally you will coordinate with the service, customer service and sales organisations, and externally with retailers and other workshops that Stanley Black & Decker has established partnerships with. Product and system training will be provided at onboarding.
