Service Technician - WCAN

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, overhauls, repairs, and equipment deliveries in marine and industrial environments, with flexibility to travel at short notice.
• Prepare detailed service and site visit reports.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory.
• Plan and schedule service assignments to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate service teams and daily operational activities.
• Liaise with customers to provide technical support and service updates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum ITE, Diploma, or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Maritime or a related discipline.
• Experience in the marine industry, particularly with diesel engines, gearboxes, and generators, is preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling service jobs and coordinating service teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. ...
