- Troubleshoot, service, install, retrofit, and repair refrigeration chillers to resolve issues and improve system performance
- Coordinate with clients to provide timely updates on repair progress and service schedules
- Prepare detailed service reports documenting maintenance, commissioning, health checks, and overhaul activities
- Participate in machine commissioning, health checks, and overhauls to ensure equipment reliability
- Develop new service support solutions for existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction
