Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Identifying issues with Imarflex products using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent service.
• Maintaining accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Consumer Electronics Servicing NC II
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience as Appliance Repair Technician
• Diagnose problems and troubleshooting appliances and runs test.
• Complete reports, updates and improve existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
• Experience in reporting performance of the unit/item is an advantage
• Willing to start ASAP
• Saturday shift required
• Willing to work in Pasay City
