Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment
• Utilize company vehicle for on-site service calls
• Schedule appointments with dispatch via phone
• Ensure prompt resupply of parts for efficient service
• Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in automotive or heavy-duty services
• Clean Class 5 driver's license
• Good communication and customer service skills
