Shimano Spain is looking for a Service Technician to coordinate service, education and technical support to Shimano customers while reporting on product performance and feeding back to the Development Teams for future improvements.
The Challenge
- Review, register, evaluate and follow up with customers on service and warranty claims according to guidelines.
- Where possible, repair goods sent in by customers and pass on recommendations for improvements where faults have occurred.
- Create and/or deliver training material content in the classroom, online or externally.
- Answer questions from and provide technical support and advice to Shimano customers and fellow colleagues.
- Ensure the correct organization, administration and reporting is followed for technical documentation, warranty claims, recurring questions and systems.
