Position Summary
As a Service Technician in Training (SIT), you are a driven individual with the ability and willingness to learn all aspects of maintaining a valuable multi‑million‑dollar asset. SITs should be familiar with hand tools and be mechanically inclined. A successful Service Technician in Training is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work. In addition, this position needs to be accountable and attentive to provide excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents, associates and vendors.
Primary Responsibilities
