The Challenge
- Deliver consistent, accurate, high-quality service to our customers.
- Answers questions from and gives technical support and advice to Shimano customers and fellow colleagues.
- Review, register, evaluate and follow up with customer on service and warranty claims according to guidelines
- Where possible repair goods sent in by customers and pass on recommendations for improvements where faults have occurred.
- Ensure that the correct organization, administration, and reporting is followed for technical documentation, warranty claims, recurring questions, and systems.
- Full on the job technical & systems training will be provided.
