We are looking for a passionate Service Technician to join our growing team!

As the Company’s Service Technician, you are responsible for:

• Perform start-up and commissioning of new units depending on the group assignment (eg: Dryer, Screw, Piston, Tool/Pumps)
• Orient customers during start-up and commissioning to ensure product knowledge on customer side
• Troubleshoot and repair machines and equipment of our brand
• Perform preventive maintenance service of machines and equipment and ensure completion and proper turnover to customer
• Ensure a Zero Valid Complaint and Customer Satisfaction
• Coordinate and communicate properly to our customer and ensure that the customer acknowledges the information
• Ensure that you meet the customer’s place on time and finish the job on time
