Brief Job Description
Ensure that accurate answers and solutions are provided to customers (field engineers and end‑users) focusing on hardware and software/network issues for Vertiv North Americas AC Power products (such as UPS systems, Rack PDUs, Rack Cabinets, Smart Cabinet Solutions, etc.). Support training and developmental activities for the Technical Support team and new hires. Assist the Supervisor and Manager in handling operations, distributing tasks, increasing team efficiency and productivity, and responding to escalations.
