**Job Description: Service Systems Engineer**
**Position Summary**
The **Service Systems Engineer** is a lab-based technical role responsible for enabling, sustaining, and continuously improving service capabilities within assigned Fluke service laboratories. This role acts as the primary technical bridge between the lab and Service Engineering, Metrology, Quality, Design Engineering, MSD, Operations, and other cross-functional partners.
The Service Lab Engineer ensures the lab is prepared to successfully land new product introductions, engineering changes, service method updates, software transitions, equipment upgrades, and capability expansions. While NPI implementation is an important part of the role, the primary focus is maintaining and improving service lab equipment, calibration systems, test stations, measurement processes, automation solutions, and operational performance throughout the lifecycle of the products serviced.
