The Opportunity
The Service Supervisor will be responsible for the preparation of service/repair estimates, the scheduling and coordination of service work (in house and field service). He/She will supervise a team of employees, ensuring that the work produced meets customer requirements and company standards while addressing escalated customer issues and requests.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support of the business of service sales to customers
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to long‑term operational excellence and maximize efficiencies, including service, warranty programs and operations at the branch
- Provide proactive problem solving and guidance to the team as it relates to service objectives
