- Answer customer inquiries on benefits plans
- Process Medical/Dental Claims
- Navigate multiple record keeping systems
- Learn and retain large amounts of technical information
Requirements
- Life and Health license required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain high attention to detail
- Ability to work with customers of diverse backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Medical or call center experience
