Be our NEXT Service Quality Officer!

  • +3 years of experience in Service Management, Service Quality or similar;
  • Knowledge of Access Management and user authorizations;
  • Understanding of IT systems and Data Governance;
  • Experience with process and documentation management;
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills;
  • Experience monitoring SLAs and service performance;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Fluent English (french is a plus).
