Service Portfolio Manager (Barcelona)

In this role you will support governance and continuous improvement of Allianz Technology's IT service portfolio in Barcelona, driving transparency, value realization and alignment with business strategy. You collaborate with service owners, product managers, finance, security and operations to manage demand intake, benefits tracking, cost transparency and compliance. You act as SPOC for the central SPM team and help train local Service Management Organization. You monitor portfolio KPIs, prepare governance materials and drive decommissioning of low-value services.
