Service Operations Manager - Temporary

Position Overview

Effectively plan, schedule and manage service workload and resources to meet customers’ expectations for equipment service and maintenance. Responsible for the day‑to‑day operational requirements of the branch and for setting the strategy and goals for the branch operations business plan. This is a temporary, full‑time position for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day staff management, including recruitment, selection, orientation, coaching and mentoring, performance feedback, and support for growth and development opportunities.
• Support a healthy and safe workplace by ensuring all safety practices and policies are followed by employees, contractors and on‑site customers.
• Manage and monitor the work order process.
