About the Role
Focus Global Inc. invites you to be part of its growing organization as a Service Operations Associate.
The Service Operations Associate will assume a critical operations role within the HF-Service Department with the objective of efficiently managing all operational needs to assist various sections within the HF Service teams. This includes providing support for Focus Global clients by addressing inquiries, handling installation and service related requests, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operations and administrative support to the HF Service Department.
- Coordinate with other departments, external providers and suppliers in relation to customers and brands being handled.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.
