Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

• Oversee modernization projects from initial inspection to completion.
• Generate project scopes of work, develop project plans and timelines.
• Review and submit all project engineering documents (method statements, risk assessments, material submittals, etc.).
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

• Provide technical expertise in HVAC modernization projects.
• Implement best practices for system upgrades, migrations and integrations.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC industry trends, technologies and best practices.
