Position Description This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our Markham office.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Experience in Canadian P&C insurance industry

10+ years of ServiceNow experience (mostly around ITSM modules, ITOM knowledge is beneficial)

Experience building case management workflows on top of ITSM

Strong Commercial Insurance functional experience

Experience in Agile methodology & JIRA.

Above average communication and collaboration skills to operate in a multi-team environment.

Nice to have skill & Experience
