Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure solutions across core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
Build and maintain Service Catalog items and automate workflows using Flow Designer
Configure and support ITOM Discovery using MID Servers, including troubleshooting discovery issues
Ensure CMDB data accuracy and governance using Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
