Summary
:The Service Manager is a critical role within our hydropower business.
Voith Hydro has initiated the establishment of new service hubs as well as the development of existing ones at strategic locations worldwide, with Australia being a newly created Service hub.
The Service Manager is responsible for developing relationships with Customers at plant level, identifying OPEX, CAPEX, Spares, Automation, and Digital opportunities to grow the Voith Service Business in Australia and New Zealand. They prepare quotes and manage the execution of assigned projects in in conjunction with the HyService team.
Main Target:
Work with key local stakeholders to provide a best-in-class service experience to the Voith customer base.
