Job Overview

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading all human resources operations for Triple Star, ensuring full compliance within the company framework. This role is pivotal in standardizing HR processes and cascading best practices to other provincial branch offices.

Include strategic planning, policy development, talent management, and employee relations for a diverse workforce, with a focus on clients in the manufacturing and logistics industries.
