- Manage daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and completion of service calls
- Lead, coach, and support service technicians to achieve performance and quality objectives

- Coordinate warranty claims, inspections, repairs, and follow‑up activities
- Monitor service department performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
