The Role
As Service Manager, you are the educational heartbeat of the center. You own the student experience from the moment someone enrolls through to renewal and referral. You teach, you coach, you create community — and you make sure our methodology delivers real results, every day.
This is not a back-office role. You will be visible, active, and directly responsible for the quality of learning that keeps students coming back.
