Position Summary
The Service Hub Representative (SHR) reports to the Manager, Customer Support and plays an important role in promoting a positive service culture at Seneca by resolving incoming customer inquiries regarding Seneca programs, subject/course offerings, services, and general Seneca information. The SHR supports customers through a variety of channels, including in person, on the phone, through virtual appointments, and via e‑mail/text/social media. As the first point of contact for inquiries from prospective and current students, faculty and staff, the SHR provides the highest level of customer service, reflective of Seneca’s values and mission.
