Job Summary
The Service Fulfillment Officer will be responsible for managing the Elite and/or Core credit cards portfolio. He/She will handle and resolve cases escalated from the Call Center, BDO branches, email and internal units as well as entertain walk‑in clients ensuring high level of customer satisfaction without compromising the Bank’s policies and profitability.
