Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning or guidance of products in the corresponding region, organise technical training, maintenance and upgrade (including inverter, data collector and management system)
- Timely shut down the on‑site service processing of inverter and management system after‑sale problems
- Spare parts application and recovery coordination management
- Maintain customer relationship, ensure customer satisfaction, collect and report customer information
- Associate Bachelor degree or above, engineering (automation, electrical, computer, mechanical, etc.) background
- Experience in electrical equipment, software and hardware delivery and maintenance services
- Former working experience in PV or inverter field, with electrical related certificate
- Strong English ability, can be used as a working language, and can adapt to long‑term business trips
