Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team. You will be the primary technical contact for our clients, responsible for ensuring our equipment and systems operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This role requires a blend of advanced technical expertise, diagnostic capabilities, and excellent communication skills. To perform Technical Support, Engineering Support and Application Support for Hitachi SEM and others as required.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and execute prompt and effective repairs.
