Service Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
- **Daily After-Sales Service for Equipment**: Manage routine after-sales services for equipment sold in the US market.
- **Technical Training for Channel Partners, Overseas After-Sales, and Customers**: Conduct technical training for channel partners, overseas after-sales teams, and end-customers.
- **Management of Spare Parts and Demo Units in the Assigned Region**: Oversee the management of spare parts and demo units within the defined region.
- **Organizing and Summarizing Regional Customer Feedback**: Compile and summarize equipment failure reports from regional customers, and coordinate with the after-sales and relevant technical departments to address concentrated issues.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree or above.
- **Technical Background**: A background in engineering, with a preference for majors in mechanical, electrical, and automation. Excellent communication skills are required.
