Found Description
The Service Engineer – HIT will be responsible to Healthcare IT Solutions OEM technical requirements, infrastructure, server build, application implementation, components installation, SW feature licensing/upselling, connectivity, testing and commissioning. Workflow alignment as per customer expectation for a range of supported product lines (Surgical Workplace and OR Integration, Infection Control Instrument Tracking System, Simulation-based Solutions, Hospital Communication System, Nurse Call System, Oral Health, Critical Care, PTS and Laboratory systems) – including system uptime, service and maintenance, after-sales support of Installed-base systems. Promote, supports lead, costing and reviewing Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance planning and preventive maintenance of Installed-base HIT Solutions and products – includes HW/SW corrective actions & troubleshooting.
