- Greet and engage customers visiting the service department in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Build strong relationships with service customers to understand their vehicle needs and identify upgrade, replacement, and trade‑in opportunities.
- Present new and pre‑owned vehicles that align with customers' needs and budgets.
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from vehicle selection to delivery.
- Work closely with pre‑owned sales manager to deliver live appraisal values.
- Follow up with service customers regarding vehicle upgrade opportunities, and lease maturities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities within the dealership CRM system.
