Service Desk Site Lead — IT Operations & Team Builder

ManTech is seeking a motivated Site Lead to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation and sustainment of Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) activities. Your leadership will ensure a high-performing team that delivers consistent end-user support.

Qualified candidates should have over 7 years of experience, including IT service desk management, and possess strong problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is desired.
