As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for users of the ARROW platform, logging and resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and maintaining knowledge resources. Your work will ensure that interruptions are minimised and users receive timely, effective support.

Incident Management: Restoring order quickly

  • Log and categorise incoming incidents, prioritising them based on urgency and impact.
